This policy explains how SmartHealthTools.net handles information submitted through its general resource-list form, site analytics, affiliate links, and embedded or linked third-party services.
The form uses the broad goal a visitor selects and an optional first name to display an immediate, general resource list on the site. The form does not request diagnoses, medical records, medication history, Social Security numbers, payment information, or detailed health history.
Email is optional. A visitor must actively check the consent box before requesting an email copy. No email should be represented as sent unless a configured delivery provider successfully receives the request. Until that delivery connection is active, the resource list is available only on the page and through the browser’s print or save controls.
When an email delivery connection is configured, consented contact information may be used only to provide the requested general resource list and related educational follow-up as described at the time of consent. The site should not use sensitive health information for marketing.
Some buttons open external provider, program, product, affiliate, or resource websites. Those destinations have their own terms, availability, privacy practices, and data collection. SmartHealthTools.net does not control those sites.
Before publishing a live email-capture promise, the site administrator should add a monitored support email and the applicable privacy-request method here.
